Window rolls down but not up. replaced switch and all.

The back left window in my car will not go up. The regulator and motor on it was busted originally, but I replace both. When I tested the window, it would roll down, but not up. I figured the switch was broken. I ordered a new switch, and it still will not go up. I'm thinking perhaps there is a problem coming from the master switch then? I'm not quite sure how to fix this issue, any ideas?

I had a problem with chaffed wires in the rubber conduit between the door and the body.
This is a common problem on these cars. I had simmilar symptoms that sometimes the window would work, and other times it would not. Same thing with the door lock.
This can be fixed by removing the door panel, and the trim panel in the car.
Pull back the conduit and check for chaffed wires. If they are chaffed, cut out the bad section, and solder in a longer wire, then cover with heat shirk tube.

The only other thing I can think of is to lube the window run with silicone spray. The rubber becomes hard as it ages.

I checked the wiring, it all seems to be fine.

I shouldn't be needing that as the window rolls down perfectly fine. It's completely electrical. When I press the button to roll it back up, I don't here or see the motor trying to move the window.

I just re-tested the master switch and it will not roll the window down or up, but the switch for the window it self will roll down, but not up. Does anyone know how these switches are wired? As in, would buying a new master switch fix this problem?

^+1 with Justin. I think troubleshooting is in order first. 1) run a pos & neg wire directly to the regulator (bypassing all the switches) and just verify that the regulator motor is working both ways. (Touch the wires to the two posts on the motor and then reverse them. It should go up one way and down the other.) Next, disconnect the wires from the switch itself and use an ohm meter to verify up and down functioning of the switch. Since both of these are new they "should" work. But they're so easy to check it would be a shame to learn later that there was a glitch.

2) Remove the driver side door panel and master switch. Use the ohm meter to verify the switch operation for that window.

3) Assuming the master switch is functioning (probably is) you'll need to trace out the wires next. If you have the electric schematics you should be able to figure out your grounds (yes, there are more than one) and positives and which one(s) lead to the faulty window. This is where I suspect that you will find your problem. Like Justin said, probably in the harness running between the driver side door and the body. Though, I admit, I don't understand why it works from the door itself and not the master switch. Usually, when the wires in the front door break it affects the operation of both switches. Perplexing. One unreliable but easy test is to turn on the power, hold the master switch in the active position and wiggle the harness. If the inoperable function tries to work it almost always means that a failing wire is your problem (however, there could be two problems...)

Go in to the DIY sticky and review the master switch DIY. It may give you some idea of what you're looking for. Do a search for "master switch" and you should get a whole bunch of previous threads.

Luck,
Kep
