with the new front end and esp headlights(still on the fence about keeping the 4.5 on due to fitment issues) i find myself desiring a new look in auxiliary lighting.
im leaning towards something on the large round side with some sort of halo to match the head lights, around 4 inches although i have toyed with the idea of going to as large a size as i can fit in the lower opening in the gen 4/4.5 nose...
so i come to you my fellow camry enthusiasts.... whats is youre poinions ,and for the moment lets not jump right to HID, dont have the cash for 2 sets of hids for head lights and fog lights...
Hey guys, i wonder if the light hardness and light buib on gen 4 are the same as on gen 3. I'm plannning to do a retro fit swap from "gen 4.5 Halo-Lamps" into gen "3 Depo".
well so far im liking the rounds the best, if i woulda been able to find a 4.5 front end with the stock set up for fogs i would gotten it... heck i might get wild and glass in some pvc or something similar to make it cleaner who knows...stay tuned
not in the forseeable future.
as little as i drive mine at night, and as much as it would cost for 2 sets plus the projectors just doesnt justify the cost to me, and i refuse to be one of those guys i wanna kick in the teeth for blinding everyone with improperly mounted hid's...i give it another year before that trend starts causing tickets and failed inspections.
actually the pair i found today is round has 7 color selectable ring and a strobe already mounted.... dont know why id need the strobe, but its there...lol or i found a very slim (slightly thicker then a pack of smokes) pair that use amber leds....and would not require me to cut anything.... ah decisions decisions...
