both NGK and Denso are good, go with whichever is cheaper
as far as filters goes, i like K&N

Fram is bad. If you want the best filtering possible get an oem air filer. K&N air filter will increase the airflow but its gonna allow me dirt to pass in as well. Paper filters are the best.

NGK or Denso, either will work just fine for spark plugs. As far as filters, if you're referring to air filters I'd say Purolator is decent if you don't want to spring the extra cash for a K&N. But if you're referring to oil filters, I'd say either Mobil 1 or Purolator. I wouldn't buy Fram for anything really.

Best to make your own air filter. Just get a paper towel and some tape and tape it onto your airbox, much cheaper

For spark plugs, I use Denso. For oil filters, I use fram. Since they are so cheap, I change them every oil change anyhow.
