94 camry rough idle, stalls, won't start

So i just replaced my timing belt and took my car for a 3 mile test run. Seemed to run fine until i turned it off and restarted it. The engine idle speed drop from 750 to 600 and stumbled then continued to drop. Now i can't start it again. Sometimes i can start it after several minutes and it runs fine over 1200 rpm. Great throttle response as long as it doesn't idle.
Things i replaced:
fuel pump
ECU
timing belt

Things i checked:
Coolant Temprature sensor- Seems OK
Throttle Possition Sensor- In Process could be questionable
Intake air controller- Seems OK
Map Censor - Unable to check

Any Other ideas before i go any furthor or start ordering parts?

Check your ignition coils. My old camry died on me few years ago and wouldn't run for more than a second. It would simply stumble a bit and die. It was one of the coils. I'm not sure that's your problem cause you seem to be able to run it for a little while, but let's say one of the coils is seriously on it's way out I guess it could do that.

3rd Generation

Seafoam the brake booster, throttle body, fuel, and oil.

Get some fresh plugs after, and change your oil.

Worked very well for me.

It kind of sounds like a plugged up EGR system.

However, after all of the other work there may be something that was installed incorrectly. Just for grins, clear the ECU again (unhook the battery for a couple of minutes). If the same thing happens it may be the ECU (or a sensor mis-informing the ECU but since you just changed the ECU...). Why did you change the ECU? Do you still have the original ECU that you could swap back?
