4th Generation OBD2 Cables

I wanted to start tuning and messing around with my ecu. I have a bunch of different programs on my laptop where you can create maps and monitor ecu data. The only problem is that I don't have an OBD2 To USB connector cable. Anyone know where to find one? I've been looking for quite a while.

You can't just plug a cable between a laptop and a car obd2 port.

You need a interface like this one: Obdii scan tool

You will see some expensive cable that you can plug directly into a laptop but these ones have a interface built in the cable,
