E-BRAKE , Faint rotational noise

hey guys,
so I spent about 6 hours trying to figure out what this noise was. I just replaced my wheels and wheel studs and after i put it back all togethor, the car made an interesting rubbing noise in the rear. it is the ebrake shoes rubbing against the inside of the drum (i have discs in back - v6) and i cant seem to get the adjuster on the bottom of the discs to make it go away. i have it set at 10 clicks (like 3 or 4 mm of distance) and have loosened the ebrake (in center console) and it still makess the noise. any ideas or input would be awesome.

Check the brake backing plate. I'll give it a 50% shot it;s rubbing the rotor.

The metal plate right in back of the Rotor (keeps dirt and debris off). Often gets hit when removing a rim, and just needs to be pushed back off the rotor.

Chances are that the brake shoe pivot arm is seised and the shoe is contacting the drum on the one side> It happened to me and it took a while before figuring it out.

Basically removing the rotor and removing the shoes and hardware and working it loose at the pivot point, depending how seized it is you might require heat. I also had to replace the one shoe as it got worn down.
