I've got the 1994 Camry V6 XLE 4 door. Do you know if it takes the r134?

Yes, r134a

To make sure on msot cars, you will have a sticker on either the hood, or the upper radiator support, for the A/C system, which will tell you r134a, or R12.

^ Yes. But ALWAYS make sure by checking the sticker in your engine bay. Some R12 systems are changed over to r134a, in which case, a sticker is supposed to be put next to or on the OEM one so that you know.

Toyota went to R134a with the 1994 model year. 1993 models and earlier are R12 systems, but as ASG14 stated, always check to see if your R12 system has been converted to R134a; many systems have been converted.
