That would look pretty cool, but if I ever painted my car It has to be jet black

Let me guess painting your car blue? Like those calipers

That's sooo true, I remember when I was patching up my car last year. I thought my two weeks vacation would be enough, but damn near every body part I removed had a ding in it or something that needed work. I never got enough of two weeks, but I'm glad I know how to do it now lol

Your car's color was sand right?

Slick black? You gotta have some contrast to those brakes.

Did you just scuff up the paint? Like is that why you still have some tan spots with the primer?

the tan is just scuffed with 220, starting tomorrow the whole car gets wet sanded with 400, and bare metal will get reprimed and re wet sanded, so long as your paint is in good condition you dont really need to prime the whole thing, being a texas car, i had mostly parking lot warfare dings and a few small areas of surface rust...in the end if it needs it we will primse the whole thing with that primer (all you see there is maybe 2/3 of an hvlp cup... that stuff sprays awesome)

as far as the color, its a custom mixed single stage enamel paint, ppg shop line so the paint and reducer ran me right at 85 bucks (with the cutom mixer added in) a few people know, the rest of ya just gonna have to wait, cause there will be those of you who wont like it, and to be honest even the guy who mixed it wasnt sure exactly what it will look like.... so i dont wanna hear no pissin n moanin till i get to see what it looks like.... but it will deffinately make the blue calipers stand out
