3rd Generation Bodykit Stress Cracks...

Hey I just got my bodykit installed on my 2000 camry car and i picked it up right before tropical storm faye hit j-ville. I noticed a few stress cracks on my front and rear bumper and I wanted to know if rain had anything to do with it? Right now my rear and front bumper are primed, but you can clearly see the cracks on it which makes my wonder how deep they really are. I highly doubt its the primer just cracking and chipping its only been 2 weks since i had the car and I drove it once because I have a problem with my exhuast at the moment.. My side skirts arnt primed and they look fine besides the sorry jagged cuts the shop I took it made on them. Anyone know what could have caused this? I know the guys at the shop told me they braced it good with metal brackets at the bottom of the front bumper which it looks fine enough but I just dont want the kit to like snap from the top bolts or anything. There are only a few stress cracks on the rear bumper where it meets the corner tail lights I'm not tooo worried about those at the moment. Anyone know what I can do to fix this? Should I take it to be reprimed and resanded? I have to do this anyways to get my side skirts flush with my car anyways. The shop I went too looked like they do good work, but it looks like they tried to rush my car before the storm hit us which sucks, and I had no time to really inspect my car since it was pouring rain that day. The kit does look great tho besides these problems. Any help is greatly appreciated.
