How to replace the Sensor 1 in Bank 1 in 98 Camry V6 XLE?

I have a 1998 Camry XLE V6 and sometime about 3 months ago, the check engine light came on. I did not care about it that (as some of my frnds told it just comes on old cars, I have about 78,000 miles on my camry).

Well I got it checked at the Autozone and the scan showed as "P0135" - Malfunction exists in the heater circuit for oxygen sensor 1 in bank 1."

Now I am worried that I've been running my car with this problem for 3 months. Does anyone have any instructions(hopefully with diagrams or visuals) on how to replace that sensor and what is the best sensor.

Also, it might help to know that I have been running my camry on a mix of premium and regular fuels from the last couple of months. Does this have something to do with this problem?

Well thanks very much in advance and please forgive my dumbness as I am mechanically challenged!

The sensor can be replaced from the top with a 22mm wrench, It is located on the rear exhaust manifold between the engine and the firewall. The connector for the sensor is clipped to a bracket a little bit higher up. Removing the air cleaner will gain you some room to work with but not necessary.
