Selling my 93 Camry LE: What repairs do I need to perform?

Hi,
Sadly I am parting ways with my 93 Camry (original owner). I am moving abroad and given my brother doesn't want the car its time to part ways. The car treated us well, it has about 128K no mechanical failures clean carfax.

Of course, as with all old cars in New England we have several problems that I failed to repair but I think I might have to as if was to sell the car.

The car needs:
- New struts (all 4)
- New exhaust (its quiet loud)

The breaks also squeak but that is probably because I changed them myself and forgot to greese them. Changed oil @3000 miles, of course the timing belt when it was due.

1) Do I need to fix above if to sell the car legally?
2) What would be a good price for the car? The carfax is clean, I really am not looking to make any money or screw anyone over, but need some advice.

Thanks!

Automatic/Manual?
Transmission been serviced?
How's the tread on the tires?
V6 or I4?

You dont have to fix those things to sell it. You just wont get as much for it, though you may not make back your money if you DO fix them.

yeah, you might get a few hundred more in the end, but you'll most likely lose money on the repairs as for price www.kbb.com
