this is nice guys, im actually gettin one even though i have one, mostly cuz its better then the origional cuz adam is using stronger materials. you can even choose from either red or balck bushings.

Hey BIRD what is this? Is this like the front engine mount of a gen3?

This replace the torque strut at the front of the engine to make it basically stationary with the dampening feature of some bushings, thus minimum engine/tranny movement upon acceleration, thus maximum torque transfered to drive wheels. The trade-off is that more vibrations from the engine/tranny are felt when normally some vibrations would be felt.

ah like the DIY dogbone retrofit for the GEN3 from BEAR

In reverse though. More vibration not less, but less engine movement and quicker power to the drivetrain.
I did the Gen4 retro fit on my 4cyl and it really did improve the steering wheel vibration at idle. If I had a 6cly with some goodies on the engine, I would like the stiffer one so I could smoke the tires.
