Talking custom grill and bondoness!! *PICS*

Hey guys,

so i recently put on a rmm lip for the gen 3 (...cheaply... haha) and because of that i had a couple holes i didnt plan on having in the bumper.

anyway i decided to go outside to night and attemp bondo for my first time! i think its lookin pretty good! what do u all think? Im still a lot of sanding away from done though! haha

also while i was out there, i decide to mess around with the grill, it isnt bondoed yet but idk i kinda like it, hopefully gonna get a sick emblem and paint the housing black

well here is the pics...

grill...

*EDIT*
so in the bondo pics you can see the 2 screws on each side, because i screwed up the mounting so bad i decide to put a couple screws in their to keep it on right, do u think it looks too bad? i mean when i paint the bumper and lip black i dont think u will be able to see them really anyway, what do u all think?

mmmm bondo, so much fun....waitt ill u get good at that and try fiberglass, its a whole new world of fubar....

take your tiem shape it slowly and try to use higher grits like 80 or 120 once you get the basic shape down...those deep sanding scratches have cost me a week on my paint job already....oh and its best not to use any kind of power sander on plastic, rubber, etc.. the fun part comes when its time to wet sand....

nice man, looks liek ya got the hang of it pretty good. just be careful, bondo doesnt do well when used on urethane body pannels and may eventually start to crack. though its a small enough patch that you may be jsut fine.
