Just picked up a slightly used OBX Bomber slash cut with silencer insert for $15. Anyone had this muffler on their 5SFE? Sound alright or is it farty? Couldn't pass it up for the cash involved.

For the most part, just putting the muffler with the larger canister and tip will increase your sound... if you were to put another resonator somewhere in your exhaust before the muffler, it will sound better (read: less drone, etc) but, by itself, it shouldn't sound that bad.

Hey looks like I am not to far from you here south in Rochester. Yeah I could add another resonator we have quite a few at the shop. I think there is a straight-through glass pack style resonator that would work. With that and the OBX silencer installed should do the trick.
