1999 Camry... more problems... what is it this time?

Less than 80k miles, I4, Automatic LE.

So far, its had the AF replaced ($500) and just last week the O2 sensor ($400).

Today, I fire it up and the rpm idles at about 100-200. The whole car shakes and trembles. If I give it any gas the check engine light pops up and the engine completely shuts off.

So what do you guys think?

Currently parked at my gym and will be towed somewhere tomorrow I guess...

I'm really not a fan of Toyota quality at this point...

Sitting? Not sure what you mean.

It's warm here and the car gets used everyday. I drove to the gym and so was in the gym probably an hour or so.

Might be a water pump issue, because of the low rpm But It would not just shut off like that! Thats odd and its a low millage car, Are you the original owner?

One 10 year old car having problems is hardly indicative of a manufacturer's quality... as I am sure you are aware,

As far as the problems you mention, it sounds like you are getting fleeced pretty good on the "repairs". Perhaps the issue you now have is due to the fact that the previous repairs were guesses and not actually the problem. If you just had the other work done, I'd go back to the shop and have a chat with them.
