94 Camry V6 Rear taillight don't light up with parking light on

It seem I found water leaking out of the middle section of the taillight piece.
When I turn on the all the parking light only, the front light up fine, but the rear, all brake light and middle section don't light up, when I tap the brake petal it light up the brake light only, except all parking light don't light up whole taillight except for the sidemarker in the rear do stay light up. What the cause of this? I checked the dual bulb filment to see if it burnt but the bulb look fine. Could be the wiring or fuse? I think it the water got in the taillight messed up the wires.

Behind the coin box on the left side of the dash, maybe? I believe there is also a relay for the tail light too.

Are you having problem with the lights on the trunk lid itself? Check the wiring harness that runs along the left trunk hinge, wires often break in that harness causing the lights on the lid not to work.

N.E.O.
