Hey I'm looking into running a t25 off of a SR20 Nissan turbo rather than the CT26, looking at the turbo they look very similar does any body know if the T25 can swap with a CT26 without a problem.
Yo, I didn't have the funds, and I remember you saying u were leaving or something like that, and I lost your number because I changed phones, what's up
I don't think it would be a direct swap with the ct26. I think the t25 is a single entry turbo so you would need an adapter plate if you're running the 3sgte manifold.
is the t25 also from the stock eclipse? If so then maybe you can run a 16g or 18g if you find a good deal.
the ct is actaully bigger than the most t25's. your going to have to change the mounting flange on your manifold to a t-25. and sthe turbos off those sr20's are full ball bearing. post pics when your done.

Yeah I know I'm gonna have to cut the flange off the turbo manifold and then get a down pipe made.
By the way you have a really nice setup!!!

thanks, if your lazy and money is no issue than heres an adapter plate I seen on ebay. but to be honest its cheaper to cut the flange off. in some cases when changing flanges there is too much of a gap left over around the flange. then filling the gap and making it look good can take a few tries.
this is for runnning a t3 flange remember if you go t25 the flange will probably fall inside the manifold without building a smaller collect to flange.
no reason to get a t25 off a stock SR20 .... ct26 isnt that great either, but it wouldnt require buying any extra flanges or plates, so if youre gonna go turbo you might as well get a CT26
if i were doing it, i would get a Garrett GT2860RS or thereabouts and just get whatever flanges necessary - not mess with stock turbos off any car
