Recommendations for Aftermarket All weather floor mats
My OEM carpet mats on the 93 Camry have disintegrated away, does anyone have a recommendation on inexpensive aftermarket all weather floor mats that fit well?
If you want inexpensive rubber floor mats then you can always get them at Walmart, Target, Pepboys, etc. They won't fit nicely though. If you want a perfect fit, then buy Weathertech rubber floor mats. They are pricey, but lasts long and worth the money. check them out at www.weathertech.com.
Nope, and I never will either. I've been in a car with mats like that before. They're sippery if you have wet shoes, they allow water/dirt to run onto the edges of the carpet, and worst of all they get dull and yellow very quickly.
Just get a set of good, thick, rubber mats. The brand really makes no difference. They're all supposed to do the same thing, protect the carpet from water, spills, and dirt. Why pay top dollar? They'll just get worn, and dirty anyway.

Sam's Club has very heavy duty rubber mats (the set weighs like 20lbs) - for $20. Their fit is decent in the gen 3 and I like them a lot. I wouldn't spend too much, all you do is step on them and they're going to get dirty.

I'll second that opinion about Sams club. They sell a very heavy weight, high quality rubber floor mat set of 4 for $20.00. I think the brand is Kraco, like the manufacturer of car stereos long ago. Anyway, I have purchased 4 sets of them for my previous cars, one set in my sons camry and they perform great, no bunching up at all. Best value and performance for a reasonable price.
Costco has generic floor mats also. They go for about $20 for a set of 4 like the Sam's Club one. The ones I've seen at Autozone and Wal-mart for about the same price don't even come close to the Costco ones.
I actually spotted some bad-ass Goodyear brand floormats in Target today. I think they only came in either gray, black or khaki-ish, but they were really nice-looking mats for $30.

Kraco FTW! Haven't heard that name in a while. I think my Kraco stereo must be hanging out with some smiley-face KC light covers and an OG cherry bomb muffler somewhere. You know, the muflers that used to be sold ouf of a trash can around the front of the parts store. lol.
