starting probs. gen 3 SOMEBODY HELP

this has been a on-going problem, first problem i thought was the battery. all light would work, stereo and all.. but no crank. maybe the battery half dead?? i have a yellow top battery and thought those things wouldn't fuck up. so for the hell of it i took it back to the store got a newer one... after i put the new one the car turned on right away.. was good for few days but then SAME problem again it wouldn't start.

so come to find out i had a bad starter. so that was replace.. so now a new problem after the replacement of the starter.. it cranks forever to start. the car turns on. but... i have to crank it 5+ seconds to start it.. and sometimes i have to crank it even 10 seconds... i find myself sometimes pressing the gas to start it..

i have no idea what is causing it

i also came across a problem
anyways my fuse box under the dash is loose... if the fuse box it pushed towards the engine almost everything electrical fucks up
but when i pull it towards me everything works great

again i think the no cranking happens with the fuse box pushed towards the engine.. and and VERY long cranking happened AFTER the new starter was put in...

check the fuel pressure. Maybe the fuel pressure regulator is broken. Also the fuel filter might be dirty and restricting flow.
