3rd Generation Radiator Fan not comming on

Ok heres the situation. 95 camry 4 cyl

Fans do not come on, they do come on if AC is on.
I have replaced the following:
Radiator, Temp control switch, cooling fan raditator switch, theromstat, and coolant temp sensor.

If I unplug the wire harness that connects to the radiator fan cooling switch the fans will come on and stay on.

The only other things I may try is replacing the cooling fan control unit. If it's not that then maybe the wire harness? I didn't think it could be a bad relay because the fans will come on with AC on or like I said if I disconnect the wire harness.

I am realy getting fed up with this and I already have over $90.00 in parts I replaced that I didn't need.

Does anyone have any ideas that can help?

Oh and the enterior temp gauge is working and when I am driving the temp is ok until I stop then it will start to run hot.

So to sum it up fans not comming on when hot.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

if your sitting at a stop light with the ac on, the engine is creating more heat and without any air flowing through the radiator, the fan kicks in and draw air through the radiator.. and relay was the first thing came to mind when i read the title..

Same issues, problem solved.

I had almost identical problems with my 99 camry. I changed the radiator, thermostat, fan switch, and #3 relay, all of which did not correct the problem. I finally opened the radiator cap, started the car and began to see bubbles coming out. While car running I started squeezing the lower hose to only see more bubbles escape, so I topped it off with more fluid. Finally, I bled the line to remove all the air. The fans kicked on..Problem solved. Hope this helps..Good luck!
