Need Help For Exhaust Setup!

alright fellas, i have a huge dilemma about which exhaust setup i should go with for my gen 4 (97), I-4 camry. my hope is to retain or boost my current fuel mileage and not wake up my neighborhood. in terms of power, i don't mind losing either low torque or high rpm power, as long as i don't lose too much of either.

here are the setups i've been thinking about, please offer suggestions:

1.) increase stock 2" piping to 3", keep stock muffler, but add a larger (3" or 4") outlet tip

2.) retain stock size 2" piping, but add an 3" chambered magnaflow/no name muffler

3.) retain stock size 2" piping, but add an 3" apex'i n1 (one i had on my previous car)

4.) retain stock size 2" piping, but add a no-name 4" ebay cannister exhaust

5.) increase to 3" piping and add either the apex'1 or ebay exhaust

in summary, i want to be able to hear the exhaust note, but not announce my arrival to everyone else. some exhaust note, but not too much.
