I have never done this on a Camry, but I have done it on a Trans-Am, and I would advise that you also need the proportioning valve (should be near the master cylinder), because drums and discs have different pressure needs, and if you don't change the PV, you will most likely get brake drag when not using the brakes.
Also, look up the part numbers for master cylinders - they may be different. On my TA, the disc brake master cyl has a larger reservoir for the rear (when compared to the drum master cyl).
