ok so a few weeks ago after coming back from ATL i felt a vibration when i pushed the brakes but some reason i didnt pay attention to it. now it gets so bad i have to pull over and wait and it does it when im braking and when im not. i was thinking its the rotors b/c when ever you stop and there water on them you hear and see the water evaporating.
have anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it
Assuming that's the case, I would have to say that I don't like turning rotors that are warped. (Heck, I don't like turned rotors at all) And since decent rotors can be had for fair money, I say just go get some new ones.....clean them thoroughly w/ brake parts spray.......and install.
Didn't you said it vibrates whether you are braking or not? If so, it is not your rotor, you might want to check your tires or suspension. How fast do you have to drive before you feel the vibration?

My guess?... sounds like the pistons in your brake calipers are sticking and not letting the brakes free up. That would cause the rotors to heat up, and in your case, warp and cause the vibration you're feeling.
