4th Generation Where can I find the Flasher on a Toyota Camry 98?

I have a 98 Toyota Camry LE and none of my turn light indicators/ hazard lights are working (flashing). After reading more about the problem on the Internet I found that replacing the flasher could solve the problem. I have purchased the flasher but could not find where to place it.

I tried to find a flasher on the drivers side kick panel on the left - next to steering column but I don't see any flasher there. Am I looking at the right place?

If someone can guide me in the right direction or give some steps to follow I would really appreciate it.

I can't be 100% sure, I thought it was at the top corner behind the left kick panel. Does the relay still click? Maybe follow the sound and see if you can locate it, it actually looks more like a relay.

Success !!!!

I found the flasher. It is located at the bottom of the kick panel and not on top. The place you rest your left foot ... right above it on the left side. It does look like a relay (Thanks N.E.O) The original flasher was stuck and was really hard to pull out but playing with it ... it finally came out. Once I made the switch and the turn lights and hazard lights are flashing again.
