There is something wrong with your A/C system!

You need to give a little more information than that; where is the noise coming from? In the engine compartment? Does it change if you increase the idle slightly?

N.E.O.

Is the AC doing its job of cooling the cabin? As long as the AC isnt intermittant and is doing its job, I wouldnt worry about it. Toyota removed the firewall sound deadener blanket starting in model year 1995 and as a consequence, you can hear the compressor much more than pre 1995 models. I have 1992, 1994 and 1996 4 cylinders camrys and the 1996 gen 3.5 AC compressor is louder than the other two in its operation.

When you say A/C is intermittent what do you mean? A/C systems come on and the go off and then come back on. You hear the compressor or whatever it is go off and then back on.

Elaborate, I am freaking out! Cuz my A/C acts like that like I described above

I'm not referring to the compressor enagaging and disengaging, responding to pressure in the system. I'm referring to intermittant, meaning that it does not cool when requested 100% of the time. I.E. you turn on the AC and the green AC light is blinking and the air is not cool. If it cools normally like all cars should, then I would disregard the noise.

Makes me wonder if your refridgerant is low? Mine seems to get intermittent if it gets on the low side.

Hmm

If indeed it is your AC compressor whining, it is most likely to be a bad pulley bearing. These can sound very similar to the sound a power steering pump makes when it is going bad.

I am thinking more in terms of engine mounts transmitting the engine vibration at idle, since he did say that it is fine off idle. But he hasn't response so far with more input, we will just have to wait for him for more info.

If it is the blower, it would be from inside the car, just unplug it to see if the noise goes away.

All the mounts with factory mounts or aftermarket mounts? How about the dog bone? Is it a four or six?

N.E.O.

All the mounts are made by Beck Arnly or Star(sumthing) lol but I checked them and they are all working just fine and i know the dog bone is for 4 cyl and made by beck arnly. The plug for the blower is behind the dash wrap correct?

Right below the glove box. So the noise is from inside the car then?

Sometimes, a small piece of leaf can cause the blower to go out of balance, it may make a ticking sound at low speed, but growls at high speed.
