3rd & 4th Generation (1992–1996 & 1997–2001)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 1992-1996 & 1997-2001
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
hmm, seams a little rough but you are turbo. it doesnt seem too slow. but then again i cant tell if your actually asking why slow or just posting a vid of 60-100.
I'm more interested in the results after the IC...but I don't know how much that would help either considering the size of the turbo and that you're already running meth. If you hadn't been running meth, then I'd say that it'd make a world of difference.
and just in case...don't feel bad about my solara comment, haha...it's also supercharged.

why port and upgrade the turbo instead of just getting a BIGGER and BETTER one? never been able to find any info on those AiResearch turbos since the "AiResearch" name was removed from Honeywell & Garretts websites so long ago ...
stock injectors? what are your wideband readings?

you wouldnt really have to redo the piping much ... and buying a turbo vs. upgrading yours even if they are the same ... buying is better because of warranty and assurance that build quality is factory-spec vs. DIY-spec
as far as ARs go, .86 for the turbine housing isnt gonna be laggy ... if it were that ratio for the compressor housing than yes, but even my 4cyl could spool a GT28 with those specs
