3rd Generation Whew! You guys are harsh!

This will probably get deleted, and that's fine. I understand our rights are severly limited on here depending on the MOD, but I just wanted to let some guys know..

I'd like to first off apologize for having any interest in the S/C system for my 4 cyl.

Secondly, using the search engine I have already, A LOT, sorry for doing that too.

Thirdly, big hats off to the dudes devaluing and belittling my interest in bringing the old topic from the dead just to talk about it... I forgot forums weren't for that purpose of chatting. Apologies.

Fourthly, thanks for the admin and all y'all forcing a topic close on again, something I searched thoroughly, pretty much just wanted to discuss, and yeild such a harsh response, as I did.

And finally, my greatest of apologies, for having a preference or opinion of any sort...

You guys can now kindly give me the money to purchase a V6 !

(since talking, searching...etc hasn't helped)

well chosen words... To be honest, its like this on TN... You have a question to discuss, especially about forced induction, people will flame on you. I admit, it is pretty ghey. But it happens. Which is why I didn't post any forced induction questions until I was finished lol

Well hey... everyone's downtalking other's ideas like there's a right and wrong...

I don't know, this site is frickin wonderful when it comes to experienced guys helping out with maintainence or extra help, but damn, opinions are just crapped on like nothing!

I can understand WHY some dudes can say things like, "IMO that is pointless to do", or "there's been a million people to start projects but don't follow through." Because they've been through it. I GET THAT!

BUT, I never said I was going to start a mondo project, and I just wanted some questions answered about different parts!!!

and then the massacre began

heres a word of advice for you.

If you really have a question. Don't start a thread. PM the users. Surprisingly, TN members become SUPER nice when you PM them instead of starting a thread. You have a question about FI, PM a guy w/ a supercharger or turbo. You have a question about maintenance, PM a guy whose ASE certified. Fastest way to getting ur questions answered and not bashed on is through thoughtful PM.

Thanks peach...

I will definitely do that if I get serious or have any further questions!

I just gotta graduate and start working, and all of my Camry questions will turn into Supra or STi questions !

I ended up just sticking with my straight through design ebay crap....

I was looking for the Apexi N1 that gave off a pretty unique sound for an i4, but a brand new one is a little out of my price rang for asthetics... $200 +

That kinda money goes towards school, books, gas, food...etc

I can understand where you have been bro, it's tough on here, I've had my altercations with certain users and, frankly I can't wait until they are banned, but that probably won't happen... lol. Anyways, don't feel like you are alone, cause you aren't.

A simple PM asking me to open the thread would have worked instead of making a ridiculous thread complaining and trashing the forum...

You have to understand, I have been reading these same threads every week for 5 years- and how many people have followed through with a ripp kit or a custom turbo kit? a HANDFUL at the most- in five years. You have to understand that is pretty frustrating and repetitive.

When no new information is presented and the product has been discontinued for over 3 years, discussing it seems fairly pointless.

If youd like to continue talking about the ripp kit, go ahead. But next time please PM a moderator or Admin if you arent happy with a thread being locked instead of making ANOTHER thread whining about it.

I will open the other thread and lock this one.

Damon
