Couple questions about Camry 97 V6 PICTURES

Picture # 1 This block of the engine is all rusted and I can tell 1/5 of this block has been eaten out by the rust. Should I change this block??

Picture # 2 That pipe is all rusted as well, should it be changed?

Picture # 3 Inside the cup there is a rubber piece which makes squicking noise, the rubber has to be replaced. I'm guessing it requires of taking the whole side down to get to the rubber??

Those first 2 are fine. And the 3rd pic is the center nut to your strut, it looks loose there. I'm pretty sure you can tighten it up and hopefully the sound will go away, but camrys strut mounts SUCKs!
