So i did the conversion bout 5 months ago and i still havent hooked up the 9005 headlight.
So acouple days ago i got the harness and pigtailed it to the halos but it keeps blowing a fuse.
Has anyone figure out how to make both the headlights work on a gen 4?
I need help cuz i really want to have both them on put not if its gonna keep blowing fuses.

Yep, there's a DIY on this conversion. You have to cut the steel bar and etc... I'll try to find DIY.

edit:
The How To: 00-01 Headlight Conversion W/Minimal Parts - NO 56k!! NO 56k!!

i already returned em, but for someone who needs it
i have a wire harness, ready to go!
that means 9005 and 9006 bulbs will light when u hit the high beams!!!!!
i think i should sell it to someone, cause id rather do the hid retrofit with the clear lens now!

whatd you connect your harness to. Because i think the reason i keep blowing fuses is because i pigtailed them into the halos and not the headlights. Do you guys kno if i pigtail them into my headlights if it will dim my headlights.

no dude, i built a harness, with 3 spst (had to use spdt but it still worked) relays and a bunch of wire and connectors lol
worked great, except i then found out the headlights DIDNT fit and returned them... so its just sitting around collecting dust, and now i find out they CAN fit im so mad!
