1998 cam power steering noises when full lock

So i'm at 197k miles and decided last week i should have my timing belt replaced. After looking at the guide here i decided the job was a little over my head. I took it to a nearby place that my brother has been to several times. I had them replace my timing belt as well as my alternator belt and power steering belt. Everything seemed fine until a few days ago. I noticed every time i turned the wheel full lock in either direction it would make a nasty noise. Its high pitched, thats about all i can say to describe it. Admittedly my fluid level was low, i am usually pretty good about making sure all my fluids are at the right level. I had bought the lucas oil steering sealant stuff for it and filled it up. It had some how made it lower than the minimum cold level. After driving for 2 days the noise is still there. I've also noticed that sometimes quick turns like when pulling out of a parking space make the squeeking type noise too. I specifically remember turning the wheel full lock previous to taking it to get it fixed and it made no noises whatsoever.

any ideas? I was thinking about taking it back to the place that replaced my timing belt but my brother didnt seem to think they'd take any blame as they only replaced the power steering belt nothing more.

Check the belt tension for the power steering pump, your description point to the belt with insufficient belt tension allowing the belt to slip when the demand or load on the pump is high.

I agree with New Echo Owner. This is very common. The power steering belt stretches out after a bit of usage and slips on the pulley under stress. Take it back to the shop that did the work and tell them what is happening. It will take them a few minutes to retighten it and you should be fine.
