I got an offer for my 99 toyota camry yesterday. They have a 94 lex gs300. the engine and trans is in good condition but car needs a paint job. I guess i will enjoy going from 5sfe to a 2jz plus there are a lot of parts available for the 2jz.

thats vague considering the info. how many miles? serviced correctly? # of owners? waht would be your planes for the car? your gas millage will suffer since the gs300 is underpowered and heavy as hell. a v6 camry would prolly out run an early gs300 bucause of the weight.

yes, 2jz-GE. na, not turbo so its got about 220hp or somthing like that. in a car that weighs 3700lbs.

city gas millage is pretty bad too. compared to the 5sfe.

this weekend I will take a look at the lexus if it is in good condition I will trade. the lexus has 170k miles. I am not too worried about gas mileage. There wont be too much money being put into the lexus. 73 corolla needs to finish first

The mpg is really really bad for an I6, the UZ v8 in Ls400 does better than that, more power too.

Then turbo it up to make it a 4 doors supra ^^
