There should be a half plug installed to fill the hole in the head that was needed to machine the cam bearings. Pull off the valve cover, remove the plug and reseal with a form-in-place gasket material.

I would suggest replacing the cam plug for the intake cam though, because it has kind of a rubber coating on it, they do some time dry up and crack (the coating). The semi circular plug, or half moon plug, can be cleaned and reseal. N.E.O.
