Question 1992 camry doors will not remain locked

I have a 92 camry automatic LE. While driving today all 4 doors automatically unlocked. Tried the door lock button to relock them but it did not work. The doors would immediately unlock again. Hoping this will not turn out to be a costly problem. Would appreciate any help.

Thanks,
Susan

Have you check to make sure all the door are closed properly? Does the vehicle have keyless entry?

Yes all the doors are closed properly and there's no keyless entry.

Have you check the door lock switch on the right side to see if it is sticking?

The most common cause to a problem like yours is one of the door courtesy light switch may not be fully depressed with the door closed. Did you happen to notice if the interior light coming on and off when the door locks were acting up?

Other possible cause could be the door unlock switches in the door latches, or a wiring problem.
