Is there a big difference between AutoZone and Toyota motor mounts?

Other than price is there really that much difference between the two? I have a 96 camry with the 4 cyl with about 240,000 miles on it. I've recently replaced all of the motor and trans mounts with Autozone anchor brand mounts in hopes of getting rid of the vibration in drive but it didn't help. So I ordered the dogbone mount bracket for the newer Camry's that allows you to use the bigger dog bone but it still vibrates. Is there something else I can try or am I just hoping for to much out of a car with 240,000miles on it. If I were to replace one of the mounts with toyota parts to help with the vibration which one would it be?
Thanks guys
John

Front end vibration is a common problem in gen 3, u can reduce the vibration to minimum but I dont recall any member that claim to get rid all of it (unless u put gear in N).

If u already did the dog bone swap, u might wanna look into seafoaming the engine, asumming u havn't already done so.

Eversince I intalled the intake and exaust, any memory or image about a smooth quiet camry is long gone forbidden

Maybe the vibration can trick other passengers about something big, powerful under the hood
