I don't think they make any aftermarket headlights or taillights for the Gen 4.

97-99 are the same but 96 is 3rd gen, any aftermarket lights for that model wouldn't fit a Gen 4.

i got a whole box of lights....heres the skinny
nothing but clear corners, and occaisionally you will find some sort of rear corner now n then. and absolutely no headlights (other then the guy on here making clear lenses) for the gen 4 (97-99) camry

however step up to the gen 4.5 (00-01) you can find black headlights with halos, clear/chrome head lights with halos, clear corners, occaisionally black corners and if you were so inclined they also make make clear chrome gaudy tails...the catch is the extra work to make the parts fit for the front that means (at the very least) trimming out the bumper opening and cutting the radiotor support up, cutting the stock wiring up and rewiring for the deifferent head light style. (ot just switching bumpers_ for the rears last i checked the verdict was still out as to whether or not just changing the rear bumper would allow the use of the 4.5 tails....

So the best i could get away with is to ether get eye lids for the front or do a sit tone of work to switch my bumper and or cut half the stuff out of the front of my car. dose any one know if there are like covers or tent kits for tail lights? and were to get eye lids for a 99 camry gen 4?

i tinted mine with vht nite shades. 10 bucks a can at o'reilly's or you can buy it (and actually tinted film kits) on eBay.

changing the front end is a little work, but somewhere on here is a diy on the trimming to get the stock gen 4 front to work with 4.5 lights... you could also pull open the head lights and paint all the serfaces not in the reflector region black or a body matching or contrasting color...thats pretty easy

as a comparison:
striaght up stocker gen 4-
stock gen 4.5 nose/black 4.5 halos and corners on gen 4- (aka before the dirty drunk bastard hit me and ran)
and now my most recent (before it was primed) gen 4 with after market front end black halos and soon to be tinted corners-

this bumper is for 97-01 honestly the 00/01 corners or too big, but the headlights fit perfect....im still trying to figure out how to get the corners in and seated right, right now they are very obviously way not right...lol

mine is a 97, i cut out the core support to fit the gen 4.5 headlights and corners and had them on with a stock 4.5 bumper, then i got hit. honestly as much as i LOVE the way the car looks with spyder front bumper im seriously considering taking it off and going back to a stock 4.5 nose. between the lowering and the bumper i only have maybe 3 inches under the damn thing, my foot wont fit all the way under it! so instead of having fun with the car, im driving around slow everywhere hoping i dont rip it off!

it requires modifications of both the headlights and the bumper support
there is a DIY, just requires some cutting, and part swapping between headlights
its worth it for light output and spread tho!
esp if you want to retrofit, it looks better than retrofitting stock headlights!!!

since yours is a 99 already its simple unbolt and rebolt, if you can change a tire you can do the bumper. but for cutom lights you have to go 00 or 01, mounting the bumper isnt too bad, cutting out the corre support for the lights is a pain and rewiring the sockets takes a little time. but if you take your time and do some searches in here for the threads its not too awful.
