4th Generation A suspension question I don't think anyone has asked yet

So I replaced my suspension on my 97 v6 xle while ago with new tokicos and tein s-techs.

I didnt replace my strut mounts and now the rear ones have gone bad, so I have been looking into replacing them.

Anyway the point is I have been looking through the suspension threads again
and I have noticed people talking about bellows / boots.

When I took my suspension apart I didn't find any part that resembled this one: http://www.ajusa.com/details/index/5...B101/0/0/CAMRY I also didn't see it in any of the service manuals I have looked at.

I know the boot is supposed to protect the strut from dust and looking at my suspension set up it seems like the extension on the upper spring insulator pictured here: (picture is of the rear single unit) performs the same function.

When the car is on the ground the extension covers the entire strut rod.

So am I supposed to have a second bellows / boot thing inside of the rubber extension?

As a side question as anyone used these? http://www.ajusa.com/details/index/366/TOK/10726/64203006/Strut||Shock%20Mount%20Kits/0/0/0/0/Unspecified

they just keep dust and stuff off the shock. they arent requiered but help keep everything cleaner. ive had them on and off my cars and never had a problem without them. KYB or OEM strut mounts are perfered.

So you are supposed to run boots inside the rubber tube portion?

The only reason I ask is I have been looking over the tokico warranty and wondering if I was covered.
