Remove inner fender for access

Is is practical or even doable to remove the RH fender inner well to make access to the water pump etc a bit easier and thus make the job easier and more likely to be accomplished without installation leaks. 94 Camry V6 IMZ.

Removing the fender liner won't make much difference, you still can't get to the water pump; the only parts to remove is the wheel and the splash shield, just two screws.
