The electric lock solenoid inside the door may be bad.

Or the wiring going from the drivers door to the chassis could be broken from door usage, a very common issue.

If you have power at the connector, the only thing left is the actuator. Replacement time.

That is not a factory actuator, just some aftermarket add-on part for non-power application.

A lot of other members purchase their parts from RockAuto.com, maybe have a look there.

The lock does not work from either the individual or drivers lock switch. Is the lockout switch on?

Try a junkyard otherwise may be a Toyota part.

Dallas of Toyota and other dealers have websites offering 30% of list price.

I am afraid I won't be of much help at that! Try what toyomoho had suggested.

the passenger side lock doesn't response to remote and driver side lock/unlock switch. I can manually unlock/lock the passenger side lock switch tho.

there must be a website that sell those actuator.

the mechanic wants $150 to fix it. they said $100 for actuator and $50 labor.

but if i can get the actuator myself they will install it for $50 ... that's why i'm looking for the actuator for cheap online.

Do a search online for Toyota parts, something should come up. Even TN website should have links for Toyota parts sponsors, do a search on that too.

I would just pull the panel and test the current actuator to make sure it's dead. Could be something simple...
