need help with a 2000 camry le

hello everyone i just joined this site a couple minutes ago so yeah im working on my neighbors car and i cant get it to start! all the fuses seem to be ok dont know about the relays...i saw a EFI relay and i took it out and when i put it back in it made a clicking noise dont know if that means its good or bad? when i turn the key i dont hear the fuel pump comming on so it might be the fuel pump...i wired the pump directly to the battery to test it and it came on...i took the fuel line off before and after the fuel filter and fuel comes out...the only thing i havent done is check the fuel pressure o nthe pump and thats my prob!! i dont know where the thing is at to screw in my fuel pressure gauge so if anyone knows where its at or what i can do to test the fuel pressure please let me know thanks

Did it just quit running or did you work on the car and now it won't start? Was there a CEL when cranking? The fuel pump doesn't run unless you are cranking or the engine is running.
