Solara heater question
Ok guys I am new to this.so here is my problem. I have just finished my daughters first car. I bought a 1999 Solara wrecked and it has turned out great evreything works perfect except the heater controls will not change from the air only coming out of the dash vents it will not change to the floor, defrost,etc. but the AC works perfect and the hot cold control works perfect and also when the headlights are on the heater controls do not light up. If any one has any info it would be appreciated.
