3rd Generation 2001 Camry CE Weird ticking/knocking sound

I have 2001 Camry CE. For past few months it has started making some knocking/ticking noise for few minutes at start of the engine and it stops after engine runs for about 5-10 minutes. It appears to be coming out from transmission, but I am not very sure. When I turn off the engine for couple of hours and restart it, the noise starts and stops after few minutes. Did anyone have the same trouble? What's the reason?

Sounds like it could be something low on fluid...check ALL yer fluid levels. How's that transmission fluid doing? You know how to check it properly, yes?

Did check the levels, not sure about transmission fluid level checking though.

What it could be depends very much on where it is coming from. Try to narrow down to a certain area when you hear the sound next time, whether it is from the engine or transmission, left side or right side.

sounds like it could be an exhaust leak, could be manifold to the head area, when the pipes warm up it creates a seal and the leak is gone.
