98LE clock doesn't work, and also powersteer problem

clock's gone for a couple weeks, everything else seems fine, ist the fuse problem?

bigger problem is my powersteer. Last friday while driving, smoke came out front, stopped and popup the hood, powersteer reservior is all heated up and bubbly, after cool down, fluid loods low, so i got a cheap powersteer fluid from a newby station, and added a little, for a quick fix.

could this be a serious problem, since its been runing ok the last three days, and now more heating up.

Bleed the system by turning the steering wheel fully left or right and holding it there for 2-3 seconds then repeating the process in the opposite direction.

The PS system most likely uses Dexron III, check the fill cap.

If the system is still having bubbles there is an air leak somewhere.
