Unhappy 1995 Camry LE (Speedometer & RPM) Wont Work

I recently had my 2.2 engine replaced with a japanese 2.0 engine. However the speedometer nor the rpm gauges work anymore. I do not know if it is a fuse issue or not. I could not find a specific fuse for the area.
I am trying to get the car inspected soon... So I need some help quickly.
The car runs well, but while idling or while in motion the speedometer nor rpm swithches move at all.

Start with checking your 'Gauge' fuse if both are not working.

Right behind the coin box, the location of the fuse would be labled on the daigram at the abck of the coin box.
