4th Generation 99 Camry XLE Error Codes and Questions

So I have a 99 Camry XLE, 4 cylinder. A while ago, I my Check Engine Light came on, then turned off, then finally came on again. I had the codes pulled at Autozone, and never did anything about it. Now that my gas mileage is crap (348mp16g, or ~22mpg when I was getting 26 before, mostly highway), I decided I should do something about it.

Oh, and I should mention, the check engine light was on for about two days before the Tract Off light came on, and the Tract button stop responding.

The codes are
P0125
P1133 (Twice)
P1135 (Twice)

For some reason, two of the error codes show up twice. Anyway, a search of the forum indicates that this can be either the o2 sensor, or the battery (Tested today after 3 5 minute drives with 10 minutes between each and it showed 12.02v. Autozone guy said it should be up around 12.5v). But a search also indicated that the p1133 and p1135 codes are only for the A/F sensors, which are california spec. Problem is, I don't think my car is california spec. How do I check if my car is calspec, and what engine type my car is.

Also, I believe all signs point to the o2 sensor in b1s1, so the one closest to the firewall/passenger cabin, not the easy to reach one near the front/radiator, correct?

Finally, where can I find the Toyota repair/diagnostic manual for my car? I only have the el cheapo generic hanes manual (Somewhere, but the whole generic multi-model and year style bugs me)

TIA.

Try this link: http://www.camrystuff.com/index.php?page=Gen4_Manuals.

Check the emission sticker to determine if you have a Cal spec or not, Cal spec vehicle are spread all over the country from lease return and sold to dealers as used vehicles.

Bank 1 sensor 1 is indeed the one by the firewall.

N.E.O.

Ooooohhh, how fun, I have a calspec car :/

Looked at the sticker, and at the front sensor, and noticed it has three wires (white, blue, black) coming out of it.

So that means I will have to get the expensive A/F sensor. Does anyone have the denso number for it?

And thanks newecho for the manual link.
