1995 camry dash/gage cluster

hi, i have a 1995 camry for my daily commuter back and forth to work. Last week my MPH reader on my gage cluster quit working. im thinking about replacing the whole gage cluster and would just like some expert advice on how much work it is to replace the cluster. how much time am i looking at? does anyone have a detailed step-by step guide on replacing the gages? any advice would be great, im sick of guessing my speed based on the RPMS haha.
thanks

Here's a link to a DIY thread which shows how to replace the "D" light bulb, which requires removing the instrument cluster. It's not a hard job at all. Takes me about 30 minutes to get it out, and I'm slow.

About twice a year my speedo fails to work but the odo still turns. I give the speedo a good thump/flick with my middle finger and it is fine for another six months.
