4th Generation HO Alternator question

Hey everyone, hope the holiday was good for everyone.

I'm in desperate need of more amp's for my Camry, and was looking at this one off ebay.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2001-...mZ350037124549

Was just wondering if anyone here had any experience with them and/or opinions.
Groove on!
Chris

4th Generation

One of my amp's draws 60amps according to the amp-manual, and i believe the other amp draws 45 if I can remember. Electrical system is wilting I think and this is with all the amp's basically turned down as far as they can go.

I herd that you have to rev the engine for it to produce all 165 Amps. At idle they actually put out less amperage. So this wont help you at idle. See what the RPM range is for max output. See what the output is under 1000 rpm.

120 at idle is really good. It might be cheaper to just get two batts than getting a custom Alternator.

even if you get two batts, it'll be useless if you cant keep up the charge...
