if i wanted to change my transmison in my 97 camry from automatic to manual how much would it cost and what are the parts i should get ?

Try searching, I know it's been covered.

Off the top of my head I'd say you would need:
transmission
flywheel
clutch
clutch pedal
clutch master cylinder and hydraulic lines
shift linkage
shifter
axles
