4th Generation 98 camry 1mzfe swap (current 2.2) is it possible?

Ok, i have to admit, ive looked all over the site, nobody ive seen has it done so far, as far as i know tho, and i can be retarded

see, i got an offer, from a friend... he has a 1mzfe sitting around... only 25000 on it... was a rear accident car that was totalled by the insurance company, and they sold it to his shop
he stripped it and its been sitting in the garage for a number of years
noone wanted it he said... and hes dying to give it to me, but has no idea if i can swap
tranny and engine (ecu is long gone) he wants 300 bux..... now of course im gonna have to do a timing belt due to its long inactivity (about 6 years at least) but its hard to resist

my question, can i just drop these in like a standard engine swap, buy an ECU and engine harness and be good to go? or am i gonna have to go thru rewiring the dash and such?
ive been having starting problems so its even more tempting to drop that bad boy in there!
and hes got access to a shop... so im thinking a TT setup :-D
tho i dont even know if it has dual exhausts... didnt think to look
as you can tell ive never even touched the 1mzfe engine, ive only seen it for a few secs (i was in a rush)

Ive done a few swaps with friends in the past, most were pretty easy, but never a i4 to v6 swap, they were always i4 to i4 swaps
my gf says she wants a new car, but im thinking that this plus the headlight retro, bumper replacement, rims, shocks, and paint will make her rethink that, esp if it is a much smoother and stronger ride :-D

ideas, answers, give me stufff peoples!
again
98 camry 5sfe (2.2L) 130,000 miles AUTO

and i believe its an auto transmition, but i could be wrong (im hoping to god it is!)

time to do a search first and then come back with more specific questions since all of those answers can be found on here already.
