Headlight conversion

im thinking of getting some 2000-01 projector lights for my 98
i read the DIY write up and it seems ez enuff. i was wondering if u guys kno any place to get them for a decent price. o and wut do u guys think bout the HID conversion kits on ebay selling for 80-90 bux r they any good?

If you get HID's then get projectors too. Check out the For Sale section cause they come up every now and then.

Go to www.hidguy.net and pick up the d2s hid kit. The ballasts are very slim and they have an adapter that plugs diretly to the toyota oem headlight harness. No cutting, no splicing or anything necessary. Prices are good, and shipping is quick.

not sure why the typing is such a big deal. i can understand it fine.

that aside. you cant get projector headlights for the gen4.5. they only make headlights with halos...and then people retrofit them in. but this may help if your not lookin to retro yourself.

these guys retorfit thoes gen3 ones on the bottom of that page. since they stock the halo ones for the gen4.5 they may be able to do a retro with thoes lights. but youd have to contact them and ask.
