you probably knocked one of the lines/sensors loose while installing the springs ... ABS light is probably on because of the speed sensor

All wheels. There's a notched ring at the hub, and a sensor near the notched ring that reads how fast the tire is rotating. Check that the wiring to these sensors is plugged in and intact. I've so much as stretched them and the ABS light goes on (on non-Camrys though). Unplug, clean, bulb grease if you want, and replug. Safe to drive with ABS off. Do beware that you'll have regular braking but no ABS.

i checked them, the wiring looks good, everything's plugged, about stretching... i bet they got quite a stretch, the guy who installed the springs is a real moron

so tell me please, how do i unplug them? you mean remove the whole sensor and clean the part that reads the speed? or clean the plugs? or what

You broke one of the sensors. Get the ABS code and it will tell you which sensor is broken.
